Ride Report

OK here goes. North Carolina means three things to me.. corners, bends and curves. I have never ridden a day like it. First the final quarter of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Then into the Great Smoky Mountains and the Foothills Parkway. Finally the climax, the famous Tail of the Dragon, that 11 mile stretch of Hwy 129 which has 318 bends in it. So that's 20 corners every kilometre. The photos below will make you seasick. But I've got 3 fridge magnets to say I've ridden the three routes so it was a day of success in the saddle. Now where's the ointment? There's nothing else to say other than take a virtual ride by scrolling down through the photos.
