My first 'A' to 'A' continent was a circumnavigation of Australia in 2006. It took 35 days to do a lap around the outside of Australia.. a total of 17,250 kms. The bike was my Suzuki DL1000 V-Strom. I rode anti-clockwise from Sydney, through all 8 states of Australia, back to Sydney. My book "Twisting Throttle Australia" became a best-seller in New Zealand and is now virtually sold out.
